Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new ATS Inspector Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual). If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund.
2. Merchant of Record
Payments for ATS Inspector Pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all transactions, billing inquiries, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Charges on your bank or card statement will appear as "PADDLE.NET* ATSINSPECTOR" or similar.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, choose one of the following:
- Email us at shafayethere16@gmail.com with your order ID or the email address used at checkout.
- Contact Paddle directly via paddle.net and look up your order using your email and the last 4 digits of your card.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. After 7 days from your most recent payment, cancellations are not eligible for a prorated refund of the remaining period.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for renewal charges except in the case of a verified billing error. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:
- The request is made more than 7 days after the initial purchase.
- Evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Repeat refund requests on previously refunded purchases.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank - most issues can be resolved quickly through a direct refund. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
